Nancy Grace is a sensationalist and she annoys the hell out of me. I have a hard time understanding how she got a position with a "serious" news organization like CNN. I suppose they are just giving people what they want...That's not my point though, this is. And no matter how sensationalist Nancy Grace is this is still tragic. Those parents are just stupid and selfish. I'm sorry. I don't care how religious you are, get medical treatment. And if you won't get it for yourself, please, be responsible and at least get it for your children who cannot legally seek it without your permission.
Can't you just convince yourself that your god is so great that he allowed doctors to develop the kind of care that could save your 11 year old daughter? Does it all really have to be limited to prayer?

I agree. She almost takes away from the story with all of her dramatized actions. Agh, I can't stand watching her.
This story is truely sad. I have to admit, the first thing I think of is ignorance. But then I feel bad for feeling that way. If your child is THAT ill, they need intervention. And if it is available to you, there is no excuse not to try. I would understand if she had a commom illness that suddenly grew to be fatal, but come on!
