Greenpa has something to say, and it needs to be heard.
This is some intense stuff, and he's right...we can actually do something about this. If there are enough people. Are we (Americans) really going to just sit idly by while food riots are happening all over the world?
It's been on my mind ever since I blogged about it a few weeks ago. Since then the PM of Haiti has been ousted due to concerns over food costs and shortages...
So, I'm passing on Greenpa's plan to everyone I know. I'll be making phone calls to my representatives in Washington. I imagine I can probably get some of the campus organizations involved in this too...
