The folks over at eatdrinkbetter.com have come up with this nifty little summation of environmentally friendly beer brewers. I'm positive this list is by no means comprehensive....but based on their standards includes the top five (in terms of eco consciousness) breweries in North America. I was happy to see New Belgium brewery on the list. Except for the Fat Tire, their beers can be hard to find in AK, but I'm a big fan of them none the less.
As a beer fan, but also someone who is trying to reduce my footprint on this planet, it's nice to know there are companies out there who share both my love of beer, and my desire to live in a more earth friendly way!
